Volunteer at Feeding Tampa Bay

Feeding Tampa Bay is considered an essential facility during this critical time and we are working hard to ensure hundreds of thousands of our neighbors have the food they need during this pandemic. Volunteers are crucial in these efforts and we need you to #standwithFTB now more than ever. Until the situation stabilizes, the need for our services will continue to increase – and we need your help to deploy these programs. Check our schedule below to find the shift that’s right for you and sign up today!

Please Note. If you are willing and able to volunteer in the face of a pandemic – or other crisis situation like a hurricane – become a part of our emergency response volunteer team.

Individual & Small Group Volunteers

All volunteer opportunities have been re-designed to meet the latest CDC guidelines and promote social distancing. We kindly ask volunteers who fall within an “at-risk” category (immunocompromised, age 65, etc.) or those not feeling well to take care of themselves at home.

Groups with more than 10 individuals, please DO NOT sign up here. Please contact the Volunteer Services Team via email at volunteer@feedingtampabay.org or call 813-254-1190 ext. 270 for group volunteer availability.

Volunteer Groups of 10+

Groups of more than 10 volunteers must be scheduled by contacting our Volunteer Services Team. Please note many groups schedule 2 – 3 months in advance, and availability is on a first come, first served basis. Saturdays are our most popular volunteering days, and so they fill up the fastest.
